Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.

Add zucchini, tomatoes, chickpeas, raisins, almonds, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender.

Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with couscous or bread.
