Zucchini Rice
Zucchini is technically a fruit, but it is commonly referred to as a vegetable in culinary contexts.

Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and onion turns translucent.

Add sliced zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add cooked rice to the other side.

Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, combining the rice and vegetables.

Season with salt and black pepper, adjust according to taste.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
