  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Tear four sheets of aluminum foil, approximately 30x30 cm (12x12 inches) each.
  5. Divide the vegetable mixture evenly among the foil sheets, placing it in the center of each sheet.
  6. Fold the foil over the vegetables, sealing the edges tightly to create a packet.
  7. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil packets from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Carefully open the foil packets, being cautious of the hot steam.
  10. Serve the Yum Yum Veggie Foils hot and enjoy!
