Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut each string cheese in half lengthwise.

Take one piece of string cheese and wrap it around one end of a pretzel stick, leaving about 2 inches at the top to resemble a broom handle.

Tie a chive around the top of the string cheese to secure it in place.

Repeat with the remaining string cheese and pretzel sticks.

Place the brooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Press a black olive onto the top of each broom to create the bristles.

Serve as a spooky Halloween appetizer.
