  1. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Brush the dressing on the inside of the baguette halves.
  4. Layer the tomato slices, cucumber slices, red bell pepper slices, red onion slices, olives, feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves on one half of the baguette.
  5. Place the other half of the baguette on top and press down gently.
