Cook the orzo according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add red bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini, sauté for 5 minutes.

Stir in frozen peas, cherry tomatoes, paprika, turmeric, saffron threads, salt, and black pepper.
