  1. Rinse the quinoa in cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the rinsed quinoa. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, peel and dice the apples.
  4. After 15 minutes, remove the quinoa from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and stir in the diced apples, cinnamon, maple syrup, almonds, and raisins.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
