Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes.

Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
