This is vegan, gluten free, low carb and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 25 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, combine the cashew nuts, olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the nuts with the herbs and spices.

Spread the seasoned cashew nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
