In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, water, turmeric powder, salt, and black salt until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to brown.

Flip the egg substitute and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
