In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.

Fold in the dried figs and sliced almonds.
