Authentic Indian Kofta Croquet Curry

Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Peel and mash them in a large bowl.

Add green peas, bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the mashed potatoes and carrots. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the kofta balls until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add tomato puree, cashews, and water. Cook until the gravy thickens.

Add fresh cream and mix well.

Add the fried kofta balls to the gravy and simmer for a few minutes.

Garnish with cilantro leaves.
