Boil the potatoes, carrots, and green peas until tender. Mash the boiled vegetables and add bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well. Shape the mixture into small tikkis. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
