Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Prepare the veggie crumble by combining the gram flour, salt, and water in a bowl. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Spread the batter on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make the dough for the pockets. Knead until smooth.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a circle.

In a pan, sauté the mixed vegetables with oil and the seasoning ingredients until cooked.

Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling onto each dough circle. Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges.
