In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.

Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and Thai chili peppers to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Stir in lime juice, soy sauce, palm sugar, and salt.
