  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic chips and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add red pepper flakes and stir for 30 seconds. Add the blanched broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve the broccoli with red pepper flakes and garlic chips on top.
