In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, coconut milk, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the blended mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
