  1. In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and maple syrup. Dip each vegan ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange them in a single layer in a square baking dish.
  2. In a blender, combine the cashews, coconut cream, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour half of the cashew cream mixture over the ladyfingers, spreading it evenly.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cashew cream mixture.
  5. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  6. Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
