Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, dijon mustard, lemon juice, coconut milk, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a large pan, heat the sauce mixture over medium heat until it thickens, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
