  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix well until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread almond butter evenly over the oat mixture.
  5. Spoon mixed fruit jam over the almond butter layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow it to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
  9. Serve with fresh fruits if desired.
