  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
