Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the vegan sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.

Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a food processor.

Add almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the food processor.

Process until smooth and creamy.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the vegan sausages to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve the vegan sausages with the low carb mash.
