  2. Place the vegan sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a food processor.
  5. Add almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the food processor.
  6. Process until smooth and creamy.
  7. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Add the vegan sausages to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  9. Serve the vegan sausages with the low carb mash.
