Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into strips. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the tofu strips with the mixture. Place the coated tofu strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
