Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the green tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a shallow dish, mix together the cornmeal, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

In another shallow dish, whisk together the non-dairy milk and hot sauce.

Dip each tomato slice into the milk mixture, then coat it with the cornmeal mixture.

Place the coated tomato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the vegetable oil over the tomato slices.
