  4. Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in peanut butter until well combined.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
