  4. Add the rehydrated TVP to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns.
  8. Once the sloppy joe filling has thickened, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Spoon the TVP Sloppy Joe mixture onto the toasted buns.
