  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Drain and rinse the black beans, kidney beans, and cannellini beans.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent and peppers are tender.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the drained beans to the skillet and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the beans are bubbling and the top is slightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
