In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the nuts, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then stir.

Microwave for another 3 minutes, then stir again.

Remove from the microwave and quickly stir in the baking soda.

Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
