Blanch the spinach, carrot, and bell pepper separately.

Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.

Cut the blanched vegetables into thin strips.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

Add the blanched vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce and sesame seeds, and stir-fry for another minute.
