Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, tamari sauce, nutritional yeast, and dijon mustard.

Slice the tofu into 1/4-inch thick slices and marinate in the sauce for 10 minutes.

Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.

Grill the tofu slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

Toast the bread slices.

Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the sauce on one side of each bread slice.

Place grilled tofu, red onion, tomato, and lettuce leaves on top.

Top with another bread slice and press gently.
