Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.

In a blender, combine tofu, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the tofu mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
