Tofu Bites
Tofu, also known as bean curd, is made from soy milk and is a popular protein source in vegetarian and vegan diets.
This is vegan, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 9.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.

In a bowl, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer the fried tofu cubes to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to further crisp them up.

Sprinkle green onions on top for garnish.
