  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the fried tofu cubes to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to further crisp them up.
  6. Sprinkle green onions on top for garnish.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
