  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan.
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Brush the tofu slices with olive oil and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Add the Swiss chard leaves and sauté until wilted.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  6. To assemble the stacks, place a grilled tofu slice on a plate, top with sautéed Swiss chard, and repeat the layers.
  7. Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the stacks.
  8. Serve immediately.
