Muesli was originally created by Swiss physician Maximilian Bircher-Benner as a healthy breakfast for his patients.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 9.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, and dried cranberries.

In a small saucepan, melt the honey and coconut oil over low heat.

Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and toasted.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Store in an airtight container.

Serve with yogurt or milk of your choice.
