Cashews are not actually nuts, but seeds found at the bottom of the cashew apple, which is a fruit.
This is vegan, gluten free, low carb and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 20 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 3.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread the cashew nuts on a baking sheet.

Toast the cashew nuts in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.

Allow the cashew nuts to cool slightly.

Transfer the toasted cashew nuts to a food processor.

Add salt and honey to the food processor.

Process the mixture for about 5 minutes, scraping the sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the toasted cashew butter to a jar or container.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
