  2. Spread the cashew nuts on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the cashew nuts in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Allow the cashew nuts to cool slightly.
  5. Transfer the toasted cashew nuts to a food processor.
  6. Add salt and honey to the food processor.
  7. Process the mixture for about 5 minutes, scraping the sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy.
  8. Transfer the toasted cashew butter to a jar or container.
  9. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
