Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about 2 tablespoons per cookie.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each cookie.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
