  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add zucchini and red bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  8. Return the tofu to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
