Thai Seared Tofu
Tofu is a popular source of plant-based protein in Thai cuisine and is often used in stir-fries and curries.

Press the tofu to remove excess water.

Cut the tofu into slices.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.

Add the tofu slices to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the marinated tofu slices and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Drizzle sesame oil on top and garnish with fresh cilantro and roasted peanuts.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
