Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut tofu into slices.

In a bowl, marinate tofu with teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu slices and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms until tender.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice hoagie rolls and place tofu, sautéed vegetables, and provolone cheese inside.

Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
