  4. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms until tender.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Slice hoagie rolls and place tofu, sautéed vegetables, and provolone cheese inside.
  9. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
