  2. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, and water.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add tofu to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  6. Add broccolette to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  7. Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the tofu and broccolette. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve the tofu and broccolette over cooked wild rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
