  2. In a large bowl, combine the tempeh, olive oil, Spanish smoked paprika, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the marinated tempeh on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccolini and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Once the tempeh is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the stir-fried broccolini and bell peppers with the crispy tempeh on top.
