Slice the tempeh into thin strips.

Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the tempeh for 3-4 minutes on each side.

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Add the grilled tempeh to the salad and drizzle with the dressing.

Toss everything together until well combined.
