  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or pan.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, scallions, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for a minute.
  5. Add Doubanjiang and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Add tofu and gently stir to combine.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour the mixture into the wok.
  8. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
