Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Heat oil in a wok or pan.

Add ground pork and cook until browned.

Add garlic, ginger, scallions, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for a minute.

Add Doubanjiang and stir-fry for another minute.

Add tofu and gently stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour the mixture into the wok.

Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu.

Serve hot with rice.
