  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  5. Let the cauliflower marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Place the marinated cauliflower on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish with naan or rice.
