Wash and chop the Swiss chard leaves and stems.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped Swiss chard, chickpea flour, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Gradually add water and lemon juice to the mixture, stirring continuously, until you achieve a thick batter-like consistency.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Spoon the batter onto the pan to form small fritters and flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.

Cook the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
