Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the black beans, pinto beans, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced jalapeno pepper, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic cloves, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, maple syrup, lime juice, and fresh cilantro.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the flavors are well blended.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the Sweet & Spicy Bean Dip warm with tortilla chips.
