  1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, yeast, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin stick shape.
  7. Place the bread sticks on a greased baking sheet and brush them with honey.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  10. Dust the bread sticks with powdered sugar before serving.
