Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.

In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic cloves, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.

Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.

Place a spoonful of the sweet potato mixture onto each tortilla.

Top with sliced avocado and cilantro.
