Cook couscous according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, dried cranberries, and almonds.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Add cooked couscous to the large bowl and pour the dressing over it.

Toss everything together until well combined.
