In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Spread each tortilla with hummus.

Layer the mashed avocado, baby spinach leaves, sliced red bell pepper, sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, and chickpeas on each tortilla.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy and heated through.

Remove toothpicks and serve.
